How to Lodge a Complaint
Send your complaint by email to infocenter@xluzarinphron.world with your name, date, and a short description of the issue.
Response Timeframes
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and provide an outcome or update within 10 business days.
Resolution Steps
We review facts, consider relevant records, and provide a written response with any corrective or practical follow-up actions.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may request an internal review. Privacy complaints may also be raised with the OAIC where applicable.
