Return Policy

This policy applies to paid mindful pause services booked with Xluzarinphron.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start are eligible for full refund or rescheduling.

Requests made within 48 hours may be offered one reschedule option depending on availability and operational capacity.

If a participant does not attend and no prior notice is provided, the session fee is generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 14 business days.

This policy operates alongside rights you may hold under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies that cannot be excluded by contract.
